01. General scope

This policy covers sales of digital goods and electronically delivered services. Due to their nature, once credited, applied or consumed the delivery at the destination indicated by the customer, no return is possible.

02. Delivery guarantee

🔹 We manage deliveries with total priority and traceability.

72-hour rule: If more than 72 hours pass since payment and it has not been possible to complete the delivery, we offer a full refund or re-credit.

03. Eligibility

  • Refund applies: If the 72-hour rule is met due to non-delivery.
  • Does not apply: When the delivery was credited correctly.
  • Incorrect data: If the destination provided by the customer prevents delivery, the refund is not applicable.
