What are Transferable Tibia Coins?
These are official coins that you can trade in the in-game Market or send to other players. At Etien we sell exclusivamente transferable coins for your total freedom.
How do I activate my Premium Time (P.A.)?
We send you Transferable Tibia Coins. Once you receive them on your character, open the Store inside the game and buy your Premium Time (30, 90, 360 days) using that balance.
How long does delivery take?
Our standard is 0 to 24 hours. Generally, orders paid with Cryptocurrencies have priority and are usually almost immediate. We never guarantee "instant delivery", but we always strive for maximum speed.
Is Etien an official reseller?
Yes. We are an Official Reseller authorized by CipSoft. This guarantees the security and legitimacy of every Tibia Coin you receive. Do not risk your account buying from unverified third parties.
Do you sell Tibia accounts (Chars)?
Not directly. We specialize in Coins and Recovery Keys. Account trading is a secondary market unrelated to our main official operation.
Can I ask for a refund if I make a mistake with the name?
If the coins have not been sent yet, YES. But if we already sent the coins to the (wrong) name you provided, and that character received the coins, there is no refund (see digital goods policy).

How does the Postal Locker service work?
We lend you our physical address in the Netherlands. You request a new RK on the Tibia website putting our address. When the letter arrives there, we receive the code and send it to you via WhatsApp.
How much does it cost and how long does it take?
The cost is 500 Tibia Coins (or its equivalent in $). The waiting time is 5 to 10 business days from when CipSoft sends the letter.
Do I need access to the account email?
To change the address (Registration) YES you need the email or authenticator. If you lost EVERYTHING (email + rk), you must use our "Total Loss Email Model" (see Recovery Key page).

Is there a ban risk?

Does it work for all regions?
Yes, the ID top-up system works for the vast majority of global regions (USA, SAC, Europe, etc).
Do you give the "First Top-up" bonus?
Yes. Since the top-up is official, if your account has double diamond or first top-up events available in Garena, they will be activated automatically upon receiving our balance.

We send you a Digital Code (PIN) via WhatsApp. You must redeem it at roblox.com/redeem to add the balance to your account.
Do they work for accounts from any country?
Yes, our cards are Global Region (USD). When redeeming them, the balance is automatically converted to your local currency or kept in dollars.
Do codes expire?
They do not have an immediate expiration date, but we recommend redeeming them as soon as possible for security.
Can I buy Club/Premium with this?
Yes. Once you redeem the card, the balance remains in your account and you can use it to buy Robux or the Premium subscription inside Roblox.

Why do you recommend paying with Cryptocurrencies (USDT)?
Because it is faster, safer and does not require tedious identity verifications or bank waits. It is our preferred and priority method.
Do you accept third-party payments (borrowed accounts)?
NO. If you pay with local currency (Bolívares, Pesos, etc.), the bank account must be in YOUR name. We only accept third-party payments if made via Cryptocurrencies.
What do I do if I paid and the product hasn't arrived?
First check if 24 hours have passed. If not, relax! We are processing. If more than 72 hours have passed (see Warranty Policy) and we haven't delivered, you are entitled to a full refund.
How do I report a payment?
Upon finishing your order on the web, you will be redirected to WhatsApp. You must send us the screenshot (receipt) of the transfer along with your order number.
